Get ready for an explosive episode as we dive into the life of Love is Blind Season 2 star, Danielle Ruhl. Brace yourselves for some shocking revelations that you won't want to miss!

🎙 Featured Episode: S2 E52 - Danielle Ruhl: Behind The Reality TV Curtain

In this week's episode, I sat down with Danielle Ruhl, who courageously shared her mental health struggles and the truth about her experience on Love is Blind. We uncovered the harsh realities of reality TV and how it impacted her life.

Danielle opened up about her past issues with an eating disorder and the challenges she faced with her mental health during her time on the show. She even revealed some never-before-shared details about STI testing.

Now, after being on it, I actually haven't watched a reality show since because I know what goes on behind the scenes and I'd rather know people for who they are. Like for example, the relationships I have. With the people from the other Love is Blind cast.

💡 Mental Health Tips & Resources

Set boundaries: Schedule specific times for watching TV, or browsing social media, and stick to them. This will help you avoid excessive exposure to potentially triggering content.

Seek support: Create a safe space with friends or family to discuss your feelings and experiences around the content you’re consuming, and explore healthier ways to engage with the content.

Stay true to yourself: Practice self-compassion by writing down one thing you appreciate about yourself each day. Over time, turn one thing into three things. Whenever you feel down, look at what you’ve written and use it as a pick-me-up.
